About the charter
A. 所要時間は約90分です。日没の約1時間前に座間味港から出航します。集合時刻と場所は、ご予約確定後に詳しくご案内します。
A. The charter lasts about 90 minutes and departs from Zamami Port around one hour before sunset. We confirm the exact meeting point and time after booking.
A. いいえ。すべてのプランが1日1組さま限定の完全貸切です。ほかのお客様とデッキを共有することはありません。
A. No. Every plan is fully private for one group only; you will never share the deck with strangers.
A. 基本的に雨天でも、風や波が穏やかであればツアーは開催いたします。雨に濡れた座間味の海もまた幻想的です。ただし、台風接近時や高波・強風など、お客様の安全確保が難しいと判断した場合は欠航となります。その際は、前日または当日の朝までにご連絡いたします（この場合のキャンセル料は発生しません）。
A. Light rain is usually fine if wind and swell remain calm — Zamami in the rain can be magical. Tours are cancelled only when safety cannot be assured (typhoons, high seas, strong winds). We contact you by the previous day or morning of departure; no cancellation fee applies in such cases.
A. 当店のボートは比較的揺れにくい設計ですが、当日の波の状況や体調によっては船酔いされる場合もございます。ご不安な方は、乗船の30分前までに酔い止め薬を服用されることを強くおすすめいたします。
A. Our vessel is designed for stability, yet conditions and personal sensitivity vary. We strongly recommend taking motion-sickness medicine at least 30 minutes before boarding if you are concerned.

Facilities & What to Bring
A. はい、船内には清潔な個室トイレを完備しております。女性のお客様や小さなお子様連れのご家族も、長時間のアクティビティを安心して楽しんでいただけます。
A. Yes — a clean private toilet is fitted on board, so families and longer outings can be enjoyed with peace of mind.
A. 普段着でご乗船いただけます。海上は風で冷えることがあるため、薄手の羽織りものと滑りにくい靴をご用意ください。日焼け止め、サングラス、酔い止めが必要な方は乗船前の服用もおすすめします。
A. Board in regular attire. A light layer and non-slip shoes are useful because it can feel cool on the water. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses; if you are prone to seasickness, please take medication before boarding.
A. 船内に濡れないドライスペースはございますが、鍵付きのロッカーはございません。貴重品や多額の現金はホテルのセーフティボックス等に保管し、必要最小限のものをお持ちいただくようお願いいたします。管理はお客様ご自身でお願いしております。
A. A dry area is available, but there are no lockable lockers. Please leave valuables and large sums of cash in your hotel safe and carry only what you need. Items remain your responsibility.
A. すべてのプランにDB/37の貸切クルーズ、ウェルカムドリンク、軽食、サンセットフォト、ミネラルウォーターが含まれます。プレミアム・エクスクルーシブには、シャンパンや船上アペリティーボなどが追加されます。詳細は各プランをご確認ください。

予約・集合場所について
Booking & Meeting Point
A. 基本的には「座間味港」の浮桟橋などが集合場所となります。ご予約確定時に、詳細な地図や集合場所をご案内いたします。座間味島内の宿泊施設にいらっしゃる場合は、送迎が可能な場合もございますのでご相談ください。
A. Usually Zamami Port floating pier or nearby. Full directions are sent upon confirmation. If you are staying on the island, transfer may be available — please ask when booking.
A. はい、もちろんご予約いただけます。St.Maireにご宿泊以外のお客様も、日帰りのお客様も大歓迎です。
A. Yes — guests staying elsewhere and day visitors are equally welcome.
A. 現金、または各種クレジットカード（VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Dinersなど）がご利用いただけます。現地でのご精算となります。
A. Cash or major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners, etc.). Payment is settled on site.
A. お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料を申し受けます。詳細な条件はプラン・時期により異なりますので、ご予約時またはお問い合わせの際にご確認ください。台風接近時や高波・強風など、当店が安全上ツアー中止と判断した場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。
A. Cancellations for personal reasons may incur a fee depending on plan and timing — please confirm at booking or enquiry. No fee applies when we cancel for safety (typhoon, rough seas, high winds).

Private Charter
A. ご希望はお聞かせください。日没時刻、風、波、潮流を踏まえ、船長がその日に安全に楽しめる最適なコースをご提案します。安全上の理由から、最終的な航路判断は船長にお任せください。
A. Please share your wishes. Taking sunset, wind, swell and currents into account, the captain will propose the best safe course for the day. For safety, the captain makes the final routing decision.
A. はい、お飲み物や軽食のお持ち込みが可能です。
A. Yes — you may bring beverages and light snacks aboard.
